For independent law firms, accounting firms, and trades

Out of the inbox.
Into the work.

We install Claude for Small Business into the tools you already use — QuickBooks, your CRM, your inbox — then deploy the workflows that eat your week. Fifteen ready to go on day one. Two weeks to set up. We stay on call to keep it running.

01 The gap

Anthropic shipped it.
Most owners can't install it.

Claude for Small Business is real, and it's good. It connects to QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, PayPal, HubSpot, DocuSign, and the rest of the tools you already pay for. It's a quiet revolution for firms your size.

It is not, however, plug-and-play. You still have to choose seats, wire the connectors, decide what data Claude is allowed to touch, and — the part that actually matters — design the workflows that make it worth paying for instead of another tab you forget to open. That's the gap. We close it in two weeks.

02 What we install

Three workflows to start.
Fifteen in the library.

Every install ships with two universal workflows that work for almost any small firm, plus one we build specifically for yours during discovery. Beyond that, fifteen more in the library are ready to add whenever you want — no extra setup cost while you're on the monthly.

Workflow 01 · Universal

Don't see yours? The library grows with every install. If you need a workflow nobody else has built yet, the custom slot on Workflow 03 is exactly for that.

04 The stack

We wire into what you already pay for.

No new platforms. No data migration. Claude reads what your team can already see — with the permissions you already set inside each tool.

Out of the box: Gmail, Microsoft 365, PayPal, QuickBooks, Canva, Google Calendar, DocuSign, Slack, HubSpot. Plus Xero, Stripe, Clio, Google Drive, and Outlook through standard connectors.

Using something niche? Bring it up on the discovery call. Anthropic ships new connectors monthly, and where there's a gap we can usually bridge it through API or webhook. We tell you honestly on the call whether yours is supported yet.

06 Process

Two weeks,
start to finish.

Day 1–3 · Discovery

The working call.

A 60-minute call, not a sales call. We look at your stack, identify the workflows that are actually bleeding your week, and write up a one-pager so you know exactly what you're getting before we start.

Day 4–10 · Install

The build.

We wire the connectors, configure seats and permissions, and build the three workflows against your real data. You see drafts before anything goes live. Nothing runs automatically without your sign-off.

Day 11–14 · Handoff

The handoff.

Two hours of live training. Runbooks for every workflow. Then we hand you the keys, send the second invoice, and stay on call at $500/month for as long as you want us.

07 Pricing

One number. No tiers.

$3,500 setup,
then $500 / month.

Month-to-month after the first sixty days. Cancel anytime with thirty days' notice. We're not interested in lock-in.

The monthly covers ongoing support, workflow tweaks when your stack changes, new workflows from the library, and a quarterly call to add or retire what's not earning its seat. You always own the workspace.

Heads up: your firm pays Anthropic separately for Claude seats — comparable to a single QuickBooks Online subscription. Our pricing is just for the install and ongoing operation. We quote your all-in cost on the discovery call.

08 About

Built by an operator.
Not an agency.

nostedt.ai is a one-person practice based in Manitoba, run by Cam Nostedt. We work remotely with small businesses across Canada and the northern US, and already run this kind of operation for independent dental clinics in Winnipeg.

No account managers. No slide decks. No junior consultants billing against your retainer. You talk to the person doing the work — from the discovery call through to the handoff and every month after.

That means three things. One: we only take on as many firms as one person can actually serve well. Two: the person who promised the timeline is the person who has to keep it. Three: if something breaks at 8pm, the same person who installed it answers.

09 Questions

The questions
everyone asks.

Do I need to switch any of my tools?
No. Claude works on top of what you already use. If your team can see something in Gmail or QuickBooks today, Claude can use it. If they can't, Claude can't either. We don't migrate data, change CRMs, or break your existing setup.
What does this actually cost in total?
Our side is $3,500 setup, then $500/month for ongoing support. Separately, your firm pays Anthropic for the Claude seats themselves — pricing depends on the plan and number of users, and is comparable to a single QuickBooks Online subscription. We quote your full all-in cost on the discovery call so there are no surprises.
Is my client data safe?
Anthropic doesn't train its models on your business data. Claude respects the permissions you've already set inside each connected tool. By default, sensitive workflows route through a mandatory human-review step — Claude drafts, you approve. Nothing runs autonomously without your explicit sign-off. Full security details live on Anthropic's Trust Center; we'll walk you through the relevant parts on the discovery call.
What about liability if Claude makes a mistake?
Two layers of protection. First: for anything material — legal advice, financial commitments, client communications — Claude drafts and a human approves. Nothing leaves your firm without your sign-off unless you specifically request automation. Second: the workflows are built and tested against your real data before they go live, so you see the output quality before you trust it with anything sensitive. We can also build in escalation rules — e.g. "flag any transaction over $5,000 for human review" — during setup.
Why not just install it myself?
You can. The plugin is one click. The hard part isn't the install — it's choosing seats, wiring permissions correctly, and designing workflows that actually save you hours a week instead of becoming another tab you forget to open. That's what you'd be paying us for. If after the discovery call we don't think it's worth it, we'll say so on the call.
What if I want more than 5 seats?
Each additional seat is quoted on request — usually a small one-time fee per seat plus the standard Anthropic per-seat cost. Most firms start at 3–5 seats and add as they grow. We help size it right on the discovery call.
What happens if I cancel?
The Claude workspace stays yours. The workflows keep running. We just step out. Most firms run for twelve-plus months because the monthly pays for itself in saved hours; some leave at three. Either way, nothing breaks when we step away — your team already has the runbooks.
You're one person — what if you're out?
Fair question. Two things: one, every install is documented end-to-end in a runbook your team can actually read, so nothing depends on me being reachable to keep working. Two, the engagement letter includes a continuity clause — if I'm out for an extended stretch, you get a pro-rated refund of any uncompleted support, no questions asked. Day-to-day support windows are stated up front so there's no ambiguity.
Do you work outside Canada?
Yes. We're based in Manitoba and work remotely across North America. Time zones haven't been a problem — most of the work happens asynchronously, and the live sessions can be scheduled wherever you are.
What if it doesn't work for my firm?
The discovery call is free. If we don't see at least one workflow that would obviously save you hours a week, we'll tell you on the call and send you the one-pager anyway. No hard feelings. And if we do start and we slip the 14-day delivery on our end, your first month of support is on us.
A 20-minute call

Let's see if it fits.

No deck. No pitch. We'll look at your stack on a 20-minute call, tell you whether this is a fit, and send you a written one-pager either way.
