For independent law firms, accounting firms, and trades
Your QuickBooks, CRM, and email finally talk to each other.
We install Claude for Small Business into your existing tools, build the workflows that eat your week, and stay on call to keep it running.
What we install
Three workflows, picked for your firm.
Your day, in one Slack message at 7am.
Cash position, pipeline, and calendar pulled from your stack and summarized before your first coffee.
Reconcile, flag, draft.
Claude reconciles transactions, flags the weird ones, and drafts the narrative your accountant actually wants.
Scoped to your firm during discovery.
Intake triage, contract review, recall lists, quote follow-ups, whatever is bleeding your week.
What's included
Everything you need to actually use it.

Why this matters
Anthropic shipped it. Most owners can't install it.
Anthropic released Claude for Small Business: a proper SMB version of Claude with connectors for QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, and the tools you already pay for. It's genuinely good. It's also not plug-and-play.
You still have to choose seats, wire the connectors, decide what data Claude is allowed to see, and most importantly, design the workflows that make it worth $500 a month instead of another tab you forget to open.
That's the gap. We close it in two weeks, then stay around so it keeps working when your bookkeeper changes software or your office manager goes on leave.
About
Built by an operator, not an agency.
Nostedt AI is a one-person practice based in Manitoba, run by Cam Nostedt. We work remotely with small businesses across Canada and already run this kind of operation for independent dental clinics. No account managers, no slide decks, no junior consultants. You talk to the person doing the work.
